• If you want to export a group of contacts from a campaign report, you should modify the file in /includes/reports/.

  That didn't work. I left it as it was (windows-1252).

  Don't know why but changing the version of php from 5.5 to 5.6 fixed it. (i'm using a GoDaddy shared hosting).
