Hi Ben, just to add, the campaign eventually sent, but every time the 'scheduled' script ran, it emailed me a Sendy notification that the campaign had been sent so I ended up with 30 notifications in my inbox this morning.

1. Structure aside it would be good to see the reports stay accurate therefore keeping note of deleted records.

Client could have deleted the user

No subscribers have been deleted to my knowledge? If this is the default behaviour for when someone gets deleted, wouldn't it be better to keep the deleted user and mark as deleted instead so the historic data is still intact?

Ah ok - For the campaigns we have just sent, is there a way we can export the bounce data from SES? If so, I'm happy to write a script to update the Sendy DB..

Just logged into SES account and bounces can be seen from the SES dashboard. Assume there is something up with Sendy?

Just to add - I don't think it is timing out, just imported 6k and it displayed the server error page but all records imported..
