Question regarding migration of Sendy

I need to migrate Sendy to a new EC2 Instance. I read Ben's instruction to do this. I have a doubt with point 4). If I delete sendy's SNS Topics and Subscriptions. Does that mean that Sendy will resend emails to subscribers that had bounced, unsubscribed or complained earlier?? I'll be using the same SES account.
