Test email says sent but no email in inbox or spam folder

Still in sand box, whenever i try to send emails to one or two subscriber, sendy says its done (sent) but nothing was actually sent also when i email test it says sent but nothing arrives .

    Hi,

    When you are still in Amazon SES sandbox mode, you must verify every 'To' email addresses (not just 'From' emails) you want to send to.

    You'd need to request Amazon to raise your daily sending limit to move out of Amazon SES sandbox mode (as per Step 5.4 of the Get Started Guide).

    After Amazon approves your request and moves you out of sandbox mode, then you can send to any email addresses without verifying the 'To' email addresses.
