I just did a send to approx 4700 subscribers and no bounces or complaints were recorded. I would of expected some

    That's because bounces and complaints handling weren't setup correctly.

    Please follow very closely Steps 7 & 8 of the Get Started Guide without missing any steps → http://sendy.co/get-started

    Thanks Ben - I figured out the issue - didn't correctly change the bounce and complaint settings when i transferred the site to a new domain.

    Otherwise i think it is a great product - having used a few over the lat 10 years or so. - Well done
