I have followed all steps and have more than double checked all settings but still Sendy does not recognize my verified site and emails or the production access granted by SES.

I am including screenshots so maybe you can spot my error or advise me what I should do.

Amazon SES Your Amazon SES Sending Limits link

    Verified emails link

    Verified domain link

    Policy Attached link

    Sendy

Amazon SES Quota & Edit Brand link

    Newsletter Preview link

I hope someone can help me with this. If there is any other information you need just let me know.

    Thanks, Ed

    Hi,

I suggest recreating your IAM credentials again, see Step 5 of Get Started Guide http://sendy.co/get-started

    Best regards,
    Ben

    Hi Ben,

Thanks for the advice but I did that before I posted the message.

Now 24 hours later there is no change.

I will try it again but meanwhile...do you have any other suggestions?

    Thanks, Ed

    Hi Ben,

Further to what I said in last message, I would have to delete sendy and start again.

Therefore I won't do that until I have heard back from you.

    Best, Ed

This is a very peculiar issue. Do you have any caching software installed on your server? Did you paste the newly created IAM credentials into your Sendy settings?

    Hi Ben,

Thanks, with your help I have resolved the issue.

It appears one of the new IAM credentials had not saved (possibly "pilot error" or a poor internet connection at time of saving, who knows?)

Either way, looks like I'm in business now.

    I appreciate all your help.

    Thanks, Ed
