Your 'from email', (or its domain) is not verified in your SES console

I'm not seeing zeros in my quota, It's already at "Max send in 24hrs: 10,000." But when I try send a new campaign, Sendy says Unverified 'From email': See Step 6 of our Get Started Guide on how to verify http://sendy.co/get-started.

I've followed all the steps from Step 6 and Amazon has my email verified and my domain too. And yet I still cant send. I can't even send a test email from Sendy (though I can from my amazon account). Don't know what's going on. I set up an autoresponder and people are apparently getting blank emails (they're telling me).

Please help thank you.

    Hi @HTCYA,

    Thanks, I received your credentials and were able to log in to check.

    Please note that your Amazon SES verified email address is case sensitive. You're using Ray@HowToClearYourAcne.com as your 'From' email. When I changed it to all lowercase, ray@howtoclearyouracne.com, it works.

    The 'From' email you use in Sendy must match exactly what is verified in your SES console (remember, it is case sensitive).
