Send to new subscribers
I've got 1000 new subscribers since my last newsletter, and I'd like to send it to just those new folks. In TinyLetter, when I click on a campaign it says "500 people have joined since you sent this. Send it to them now?"
Can I do this with Sendy? It's a nearly invaluable feature.

To be able to extend a campaign with a given email to new subscribers on a list would give a lot of flexibility!
Would love to have the ability to identify when a subscriber was added to a list...haven't found a way yet, I don't find the subscriber graph particularly useful if I'm honest. Ideally to see join date would be the one!
