but the Feedback Detail, no bounces and complaint to take.

Sorry but I'll be honest, I'm not exactly sure what you mean. My question is - which brand is having this issue? What is the 'from email' that is not registering bounces and complaints?

I just checked your SNS and SES console and found that no bounces or complaints were set up at all.

Steps 7 & 8 of the Get Started Guide was not completed at all.

Hi @teotoni,

Your bounces and complaints are set in 'Oregon' region. You must set them up in US East (N. Virginia) as described in the Get Started Guide.

In your SNS console, change the region by clicking the drop down menu at the top right and select US East (N. Virginia).

Then setup your bounces and complaints topics/subscriptions again by following step 7 & 8 of the Get Started Guide.
