Bounce does not show on report

Hi,

I am a newbie here. I need help to setup bounce and complaints.

I tested my bounce setting by added bounce@simulator.amazonses.com in my list. Then I send email campaign to my list. I checked the report, I did not see bounce report there.

I have configured feedback notifications to SNS. The only different setting is I use https protocol because I use https for my software. I disabled "Email Forwarding Feedback". How to fix it? Or another question is how to test bounce and complaint setting?

    Hi, please email your Amazon login details to your SES console so that I can check? Thanks.
  • I just checked your SES console. I realize non of your email addresses have Feedback details set.

    Some of your domains have Feedback details set, but you need to set the feedback details for bounces and complaints for each individual email addresses.

    I also realize you have set up many SNS notification topics. You only need to create one SNS topic for 'bounces' and one for 'complaints'.

    Thank you for your promptly response. I use sendy only for one domain and setup feedback detail for this domain. Should I set it by email?

    For example: I setup feedback details for domain.com both for bounces and complaints. Should I set up individually for each email address such as info@domain.com and contact@domain.com ?
