Hi,

I suggest sending to error message to your hosting support. They may have a firewall blocking outgoing connections which prevents Sendy from communicating with Amazon SES's API.

I've checked the video. I suspect it's some kind of browser extension issue. Can you ask your client to try another browser, or disable browser extensions in her current browser, or use a browser that has no extensions installed.
