After importing a new batch of emails to a new list, export a CSV of unsubscribes from the old list and use it to mass delete them in the new list.

If the status of your campaign says it's 'Sent', they have been transferred to Amazon SES.
Amazon SES in turn send your emails.

I logged in and checked. I created 5 campaigns. Deleted them all without any problems:

APP_PATH needs to be a full URL. You appended
