Yes of course. By default, when a user clicks the unsubscribe link, they'll be unsubscribed from ALL lists they belong to in the brand. Unless you change this unsubscribe behavior in the list settings to 'Only this list'.

'Brands' are isolated from each other. Only 'Bounced' emails gets universally flagged in all lists no matter which brand they belong to. 'Unsubscribes' and 'Marked as spam' are flagged in the lists 'within the brand' they belong to.
